PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
Christy obtained her Master's Degree in Public Policy from George Washington University and worked in Washington D.C., advocating for women's health initiatives. She then graduated from Stanford Law School and clerked for the Honorable Thelton E. Henderson, United States District Court, Northern District of California.
Christy then joined the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office where she tried cases and represented hundreds of clients charged with criminal offenses. Christy then tried civil cases at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office.
Christy was of counsel to Arguedas, Cassman & Headley, LLP from 2005 until 2015.
